4. Payment and Prices

Payments are immediately due when ordering. Payments can be made by direct payments l, and available local payment methods. payment processes are properly secured.

All service prices on our sites are displayed including VAT and other taxes unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email. The gift cards are out of the scope of VAT.

Business orders are generally settled by immediate payment. Orders to be paid via invoice are sent within two business days. Please contact us for questions or special requests.

5. Cancellation of an Order

All and value codes are bearer instruments. As value codes can be duplicated or shared with third parties after the sale, and hence be redeemed by any third party, order cancellation is not possible.

6. Validity of a 123hotelgiftcard and 123flygiftcard

All Giftcards are valid for two years after purchase.

We reserve the right to block/deactivate any Giftcard of which the payment has been canceled or not received in any way. In case one or more bookings have been made with a Giftcard that has not been paid for fully, 123hotelfly reserves the right to cancel these bookings.

7. Redeem a Giftcard

Our Giftcards are redeemable for all services that show availability at and at your selected dates and location. It is not possible to make your booking and redeem your or directly at the service provider. When making a booking at and value will be deducted from the amount payable. If the Giftcard is not used in full at once, the remainder stays valid for another booking. If the booking is more expensive than the value on the Giftcard the remainder can be paid for by online payment. One Giftcard can be used per booking.

After the payment and/or redemption of the Giftcard, you will receive the booking confirmation via email. You can then print this booking confirmation and show it when you arrive at the check-in of your service. Make sure to have your identification with you as the activity provider could request this.

It is not possible to redeem your Giftcards for funds or cash payment.

8. Cancel or Modify Booking

Please check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation. If the booking can be canceled then please send your cancellation request with your booking confirmation to or The refunded value of the booking will be re-loaded onto the Giftcard that was used to make the booking. To change your booking, please cancel your booking and make a new booking.

In the case of a no-show at the service provider, there will be no refund.

9. Complaints

If you have complaints about the service, please contact the service provider directly. We are not liable for any claims or complaints about (staying in) the hotel or similar.

10. Further Correspondence

By completing a booking or by ordering a Giftcard you agree to receive (i) an email that we may send to you prior to your arrival date with information on your destination and reservation and (ii) an email which we may send to you after your stay or order inviting you to complete a feedback form.
